1. Float control

Common sewage lift control method, stable and reliable performance

Float control is a relatively primitive control method. The float level controller is designed using the principles of gravity and buoyancy. Its notable feature is stable and reliable performance. It does not require auxiliary control of electrical components and is less affected by the surrounding environment, so as to ensure stable sewage discharge without being affected by the underground environment after being buried.

2. Magnetic reed control

Dual liquid level control, more accurate start and stop control

Magnetic reed control is a switching element controlled by magnetic field signals, that is, it uses magnetic reed induction to control the start and stop of the equipment.

Simply put, this type of sewage lift uses the magnet in the float to attract the contacts of the reed switch to produce an opening and closing action. Dual level control of start level and alarm level makes start and stop control more precise.

3. Pneumatic pressure sensing induction

The sensor is more sensitive and can freely adjust the start and stop liquid level.

This type of control requires the cooperation of precision electronic components. When the liquid level in the water tank changes, the pressure changes in the air pipe are transmitted to the pressure sensor. With the help of sensitive electronic components, pneumatic pressure sensing control can sensitively and freely adjust the start and stop liquid levels. This control method is more precise and stable.

The core water pump of the sewage lifter, the core of the water pump is the motor.
