Working Principle Of Sewage Elevator

1. The sewage enters the water distributor through the water inlet pipe and flows into the solid-liquid separation device. The solid debris stays in the solid-liquid separation device and the sewage enters the water collection tank;

2. When the sewage in the tank reaches the set liquid level, one of the sewage pumps will be automatically started. The backwashing device will discharge the sewage and sludge in the tank together to the solid-liquid separation device, and the solid debris in the device will be flushed out together and discharged to the sewage network.

3. When the single pump starts, the pressure in the solid-liquid separation device closes the valve of the inlet pipe, and the water distributor will enter the water tank from another pipe to ensure the continuity of sewage discharge and promotion.

4. Equipped with special safety devices to ensure that sewage backflow will not occur even if the check valve fails.
